- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them

Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it free of charge. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide photos of the defective or damaged item
- We'll review your request and send a replacement if approved
- You may be asked to return the original item
Return Process
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the item you want to return
- Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
- Print the return shipping label
- Package the item securely and ship it back
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
