Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must not be damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Process

  1. Submit a return request through your account or contact customer service
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back
  4. We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: Refunds appear within 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon approval

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods and food items
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you received a wrong or defective item, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
